tender moments in a haven
dinner reservations seamless visit
the location proved fantastic, a serene spot yet near sights i wanted. every evening the concierge ensured i secured dinner reservations. these thoughtful touches. the room was perfectly ready upon arrival. this eased my concerns and allowed me to settle in effortlessly.
the gym, while present, felt too basic for a hotel of this standard. the lack of varied equipment limited workout options. i felt the need to use outside facilities to keep up my gym routine

Its position allowed easy access to notable landmarks. I could walk comfortably. the surrounding area felt tranquil and added a layer of calm. this balance of access and peace enhanced my stay.

central location helpful staff
the location was close to the eiffel tower. breakfast offered many choices and tasted good. the hotel felt clean. the staff were very helpful.

weak air conditioning outrageous minibar prices
The air conditioning barely worked. i could not adjust the temperature to a comfortable level, it was always stuffy. also, the minibar prices were outrageous! a small bottle of water cost almost ten euros. I thought that was ridiculous for such a basic item. i needed to find a nearby store to get drinks at a reasonable price, . That was inconvenient and unexpected.

excellent experience
prompt service quiet room spacious room good access
the service was prompt. adel helped me with my requests. my room was quiet and spacious. it had good walking access to many directions. i walked to the eiffel tower, it took ten minutes. the louvre was twenty minutes by foot.
The faucet in the bathroom did spill a lot and got me wet. The sink was all curved so compromise the space to keep amenities.

i ordered room service and food service ended at ten pm. i wanted a bottle of wine but bar service was unavailable. i did not have the breakfast .

the front desk provides concierge service, it seemed perfect. some workers are very helpful with requests. the staff stood out for their customer service. rui and emily had customer service on another level.
